Davinia Rodriguez Santos

Hi, I’m Davinia Rodriguez Santos, a Learning Project Manager at the IMF's Institute for Capacity Development. Originally from Spain, my career began in advertising and marketing before transitioning to international finance and development organizations. With a passion for collaborating with experts to implement effective learning solutions, I specialize in creating impactful learning experiences that inspire positive change. My role involves overseeing the design, development, and delivery of courses, managing the IMF YouTube Microlearning Channel, and handling funding, monitoring, and reporting activities. Academically, I hold a MS in International Management (with a focus on Integrated Marketing Communications), a MS in Agile Methodologies and Digital Transformation, and a double BS in Economics and Business Administration. I also hold apostgraduate diploma in Strategic Communications and hold a certification in UX Design.

Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, pottery, cycling, and spending time with my dog, Noodle.
